Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their orders before we dispatch the items. Dispatch generally takes 2 days from the time of order placement.
  • BRAND NEW items are not eligible for cancellation once dispatched unless they are damaged in transit.
  • To initiate a cancellation, please email us at hello@calcuttarecords.com or call us at our contact number.

2. Refunds

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds are available if the item is damaged during transit.
    • If the item’s condition does not match the description or grading provided, customers may return the item to us. After we check the returned item, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
    • All items are non-refundable unless:
      • They are broken during transit.
      • They do not match the grading mentioned.
      • The product received is not the same title or product as described.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Customers will have to report issues and claim refund within 7 days of receiving the order.
    • Customers are responsible for self-shipping the item back to us. The shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected if it is returnable. For non-returnable items, refunds are processed after our approval.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and typically reflect within 7 days.
  • Please note that we may deduct shipping costs, payment gateway fees, and processing fees from the refund amount.

4. International Orders

  • The same rules apply to international orders.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be made for another item or store credit if the item does not match the conditions described or if it is damaged during transit.
